request to you all. Portland State University is conducting a study of female
officers in the Navy. Navy Personnel Research, Studies, and Technology (NPRST)
endorsed the survey and is assisting in disseminating it via individual
communities and affinity groups. Here's an opportunity to make your voice
heard and provide input on future Navy policy that can directly affect you and
your shipmates.
We, therefore, encourage you to

Your responses will be held in the strictest of confidence by the researchers
at Portland State University and at no time will particular responses be
